Beam Vet Care is a family-owned practice running two AAHA-accredited clinics in Snohomish County — Martha Lake in Lynnwood and Cedar Plaza in Mountlake Terrace.
Pay
$18.50 – $40/hour
The span across all current roles, from kennel assistant to licensed veterinary technician. Each posting lists its own range, along with the schedule and the certification or experience required.

How we practice
Both clinics hold AAHA accreditation, which around 15% of practices in the US and Canada do. It is voluntary: an outside evaluator assesses the practice against roughly 900 standards covering anesthesia, pain management, surgery and record-keeping, and re-evaluates on a cycle.
Both clinics are enrolled in Fear Free Veterinary Practice Certification and are working through the standards. Neither is certified yet.
